why is it more sustainable?

Dinner set is a set of plates made with a mix of virgin and recycled clay.

All virgin raw material is sourced within 50km away from the factory in Northern Portugal, and all production waste (excess and defective pieces) is reused to make new products.

Far & Away is adopting more sustainable practices throughout its supply chain. Products are manufactured in small batches at a time to prevent overproduction. The water used for production is filtered and repurposed for local farming and agriculture. Packaging uses only cardboard. Far & Away has also joined The Trillion Tree Campaign and donates a part of its revenues to reforestation projects around the world.
