why is it more sustainable?

Surf is a coffee table made of PEFC-certified solid wood (top) and steel (legs).

TipToe products make use of several recycled materials (wood, fabric, plastic, foam) and are designed to be easy to disassemble and repair. Interchangeable components allow updating products over time. For example in this table, legs can be easily exchanged.

TipToe is adopting more sustainable practices throughout its supply chain. All production happens in Europe and part of it (assembly and packing) is carried out in partnership with centers that provide professional integration to people with disabilities. Products are designed to ship in flat packs, to reduce the impact of transportation. With its Restore program, TipToe takes back metal parts to refurbish them.
