tomb

Ante Up

why is it more sustainable?

Tomb is a coffee table made with stone offcuts.

Six stone modules are interlocked into one another without glues or fasteners, and the glass top is stacked over them.
The stone is sourced from European quarries and cut with water jet CNC in a local Austrian facility that uses rainwater and 100% renewable energy. The glass is also sourced from the EU and manufactured locally in Austria.

Tomb is shipped flat, assembled without tools and is made for reparability. Stone slabs and glass tops can be reordered individually and – since the glass is cut in a standard size – the top can also be reproduced by any glass worker. ante up website also gives specific suggestions and indications to dispose of each component at end-of-life.
